This was no small job but the whole process was a lot less hectic that we expected. The entire installation was completed in an extremely professional manner and the end result was wonderful. It is very reassuring today to have a contractor do such an excellent job in the timeframe promised and in an extremely professional manner. We have noticed a difference already with the noise reduction from the road traffic. We began our search for windows in April 2004 and had looked at three different companies. As we were not happy with the customer service or the prices we were getting, we had decided to wait and begin looking again in the Spring of 2005. Then in September we noticed your advertisement in the Shoppes of Uxbridge flyer and decided to have a look at Lawson Home Improvements and the windows you offered. We were very pleased with both the customer service we received and the quality windows and as a result went ahead with the installation in November 2004.
